Privacy Policy
Opulent Blends is a brand of Agrestal Hygienics, LLC (“we”, “us”), 10511 W H Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. This policy explains what we collect when you visit opulentblends.com, buy from us, or sign up for our programs, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought. Payment cards are entered into Stripe's secure form and never reach our site; we see only the last four digits and the card brand.
- When you join Opulent Rewards, apply for wholesale, or apply to run a fundraiser: the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone, organization and address.
- When you write a review: your name as you give it, your rating and your words.
- When you sign up for texts: your mobile number and a record of your consent (when and where you agreed, and the words you agreed to).
- As you browse: your cart is kept in your own browser, and small cookies keep you signed in to Opulent Rewards and remember a fundraiser you are shopping for. Our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
How we use it
- To make, pack, ship and deliver your order, and to send you order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates.
- To run Opulent Rewards, wholesale accounts and fundraisers you take part in.
- To answer you when you contact us.
- To send marketing emails or texts only if you asked for them, and to stop when you ask.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who helps us
We share only what each needs to do its job for us, and they may not use it for anything else:
- Stripe, to take payments.
- Shippo and the shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS and FedEx), to ship your order and provide tracking.
- Our email and text message providers, to deliver the messages you receive from us.
- Our website and database hosts, to run the site.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Text messages
If you sign up for Opulent Blends Texts, we use your mobile number only to send the texts you asked for, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our text message provider handles your number only to deliver our messages. See our SMS Terms.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require. We keep your text consent record for as long as you are subscribed and for a period afterward as proof of consent. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any of them, and from texts by replying STOP.
- Ask us what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to us below.
Children
Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
