Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of opulentblends.com and your purchases from Opulent Blends, a brand of Agrestal Hygienics, LLC, 10511 W H Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Tax and shipping are shown before you pay. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm it. If an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was shown in error, we will tell you and refund anything you paid for it.

Made to order

Some items, such as our 5 gallon pails, are made fresh for your order. We start making them when you pay and ship them when they are ready; your order page shows where it is.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. When your order ships we email you the carrier, tracking number and expected arrival. Delivery dates come from the carrier and are estimates.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or something isn't right, contact us at marc@agrestalhygienics.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Our products

Our soaps, lotions, butters and cleansers are handmade with natural ingredients, so color and scent can vary a little from batch to batch. Read the ingredients before use, patch-test if you have sensitive skin, stop using anything that irritates, and keep products away from children and pets.

Opulent Rewards, wholesale and fundraisers

Points, rewards, wholesale pricing and fundraiser payouts follow the rules shown on Opulent Rewards, Bulk & wholesale and Fundraising. Points have no cash value.

Text messages

Our marketing texts are optional and covered by our SMS Terms. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Privacy

How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
